What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Inspire swimming schools: Show them how Zwemscore can transform their operations and give them more time to do what they love: teaching.
  • Build your client base: Reach out to swimming schools across the Netherlands and grow a network of enthusiastic users.
  • Drive the sales journey: Gain hands-on experience in the full sales cycle, from your first call to signing the deal.
  • Expand into new sports: Play a key role in growing Zwemscore into new sports like handball, basketball, gymnastics, tennis, and more.
  • Support new clients: Work closely with our team to ensure every customer feels confident and ready to succeed with Zwemscore.

Who You Are:

  • You’re passionate about sports—especially swimming—and excited to help organizations grow.
  • You’re a fast learner—picking up new tools and technologies comes naturally to you.
  • You’re eager to develop your sales skills—whether it’s prospecting, pitching, or closing deals.
  • You’re motivated by growth—both for yourself and the companies you’ll help.
  • You speak and write Dutch and English fluently. (No prior sales experience? No problem! If you have the right mindset and motivation, we’ll help you develop the skills you need.)
