Job summary

• Develop, implement and monitor the liability class strategy for the Netherlands to meet financial targets.
• Lead the 16-person underwriting team and ensure optimal performance and compliance with policies.
• Analyze, assess and price risks to support sound acceptance and pricing decisions.
• Manage relationships with customers, brokers, optional reinsurers and internal stakeholders to strengthen market position.
• Drive product development, market intelligence and policy condition improvements for a profitable portfolio.
