NHS England is seeking an experienced User Researcher and Reporting Lead to support the Learn from Patient Safety Events (LFPSE) service and its ongoing development for safer care across the NHS. You will plan and deliver generative and evaluative user research, engage with NHS organisations, care providers and suppliers, and translate insights into service requirements.

This is a Band 7 secondment or fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027, with 40% office attendance for those based in an NHS

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver generative and evaluative user research including recruitment, interviews, usability testing, analysis and reporting.
• Turn qualitative and quantitative evidence into clear, actionable insights and service requirements, collaborating with product, design, development and data teams.
• Advise on data standards and system mapping; monitor data quality and uptake; provide guidance, training and reporting for users and stakeholders.
