• Masters degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Biomedical Sciences or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience implementing and supporting IT systems.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments (GxP knowledge is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, BPMN modeling, and business process documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand, analyze, and challenge business needs, translating them into structured requirements and functional specs.
• Ensure requirements align with Systems & Technology architecture and strategy.
• Represent business needs in operational and governance meetings to inform system design and delivery.
• Capture BPMN processes and translate them into clear system requirements using JIRA for traceability.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate workflows into IT functionality and testing plans.
