We are looking for a French-speaking Commercial Lawyer to join an established international organisation with operations across multiple European markets.
This is a broad, commercially focused legal role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and support the business across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will ideally bring experience from a recruitment, professional services, technology or similarly fast-paced commercial environment, although sector experience is not essential.
This is an unusual opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys being close to the business, working pragmatically and adapting to a wide range of commercial requirements.
We're particularly interested in lawyers who can demonstrate:
You do not need to be an employment lawyer. We're more interested in someone with solid commercial foundations who can adapt, learn and develop with the business.
Candidates with the right level of experience but without a traditional PQE background will also be considered.
This role would suit someone who is commercially minded, adaptable and enjoys being more than just a technical legal adviser.
We're open to candidates who are already based in the Netherlands, Manchester or elsewhere in Europe, including those considering relocation.
French language skills are particularly valuable for this position and will be considered a specialist skill.
