Basic Fit International B.V. is seeking a Legal Counsel to advise on the German and Austrian expansion, support real estate and operations, and review commercial contracts for international teams.

The role involves identifying legal risks, handling claims, and collaborating with colleagues across regions, including support for Clever Fit franchise matters. A law degree (Germany/Austria) and native German with fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Completed law degree, ideally from a university in Germany or Austria.
• Native German and fluent English.
• Minimum 6 years of legal experience as a lawyer or in-house counsel.
• Experience with acquisitions, real-estate law, and/or contract law.
• Experience with consumer law and/or franchise is advantageous.

Basic‑Fit is growing fast in Germany and Austria and continuously adds new clubs. As Legal Counsel you will be part of a seasoned legal team, serving as a trusted advisor to our international business colleagues.
