Job summary

Boskalis is seeking a Legal Counsel to act as a trusted business partner across maritime, energy and infrastructure projects in the Netherlands. You will provide practical legal advice throughout the full project lifecycle, from tendering and contract negotiations to project execution, claims management and dispute resolution.

As a Legal Counsel, you will be a trusted business partner to our operational, commercial, and project teams. You will provide practical legal advice throughout the full project lifecycle, from tendering and contract negotiations to project execution, claims management, dispute resolution, and project closure.
Working in an international environment, you will support some of the world's most complex maritime, offshore energy, and infrastructure projects. You will identify, assess, and mitigate legal and contractual risks, while supporting the achievement of commercial objectives in a responsible and compliant manner.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders across Boskalis' divisions, including Dredging, Offshore Energy, Towage & Salvage and Corporate Business Services.
