Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support our operations in the Netherlands and across Europe. You will advise on corporate, commercial, technology, and regulatory matters, draft, review, and negotiate IT-related contracts, and partner with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role is based in the Netherlands with a hybrid work model and opportunities to influence high-impact legal work across Europe.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with a Dutch law degree, LL.M., or equivalent legal qualification.
• Typically 5+ years' post-qualification experience in corporate, commercial, and IT law; more senior candidates will be considered depending on expertise and business fit.
• Strong track record in corporate and commercial law, ideally including complex, large-scale, or technology-related contracts.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial IT agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Background in a leading law firm or as in-house counsel within an international organisation.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken; French or another major-market language is a plus.
• Holding, or eligible to obtain, a VGB (Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar) security clearance to support public sector and defence customers in the Netherlands is preferred.
