  • Corporate matters: Handle corporate housekeeping, including board and shareholder resolutions, and manage stakeholder engagement
  • Corporate structuring: Support corporate optimisation projects and entity set-up, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors
  • Privacy, IP and AI: Advise on complex and bespoke topics with legal impact on the organisation
  • Legal technology: Help the department adopt AI tools in a controlled way, working with our technology teams on the guardrails
  • Novel matters: Assess the legal impact of new products and markets as they arise
  • Cross-functional work: Partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Business Development to keep cross-functional projects efficient and aligned
  • Laws and regulations: Track upcoming legislation relevant to Da Vinci's activities and advise the business on its impact
  • Legal risk awareness: Represent Legal across the organisation and build awareness of legal risk

  • 3 to 5 years of work experience since graduating, gained in private practice and/or in a legal function at a regulated financial services firm. Experience advising financial services clients is a strong plus
  • A “go the extra mile” mentality: you follow through until the job is done, with judgement on when to go deep and when to stay practical
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating and thrives on varied work, where no two days are the same
  • Proven contract experience: drafting from scratch, commercial negotiation, and managing business and counterparty expectations
  • Experience with corporate housekeeping, including board and shareholder resolutions and meetings
  • Affinity with entity set-up across jurisdictions, corporate restructuring and (tax) optimisation projects
  • Curiosity about emerging topics such as artificial intelligence, both as a legal subject and as a way of working
  • Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day legal work, and keen to help the department get more out of them
  • An opportunity to work in a high-tech, driven environment
  • The chance to see trading first hand as trusted advisor to the business
