Job summary

RWS is seeking Legal Annotators to support training and evaluation of AI capabilities for contract management platforms in Dutch. This remote, freelance role offers flexible 25+ hours per week with an immediate start.

You will perform multilingual legal data tasks on international contracts, analyze clauses and terms, participate in onboarding and quality reviews, and work within secure client environments.

Qualifications

• Contract or legal domain expertise.
• Fluency in English alongside the relevant target language.
• Prior data-annotation experience or familiarity with machine learning data evaluation and quality assurance tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Legal Expertise: Contract or legal domain expertise, with strong legal interpretation and contract-review skills (especially regarding international and cross-jurisdictional contracts)
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English alongside the relevant target language
• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Prior data-annotation experience or familiarity with machine learning data evaluation and quality assurance tasks
