Job summary

RWS is seeking Legal Annotators to support AI training for contract management platforms. The role is remote, freelance, and part-time with flexible hours and an immediate start.

You will perform multilingual data collection, evaluation and annotation, analyze clauses and obligations across international contracts, and participate in onboarding, calibration, and quality reviews in secure client environments.

Qualifications

• Contract or legal domain expertise with cross-jurisdictional knowledge.
• Proficiency in English and target language.
• Experience with data annotation or ML data evaluation is a plus.

What We’re Looking For:

• Legal Expertise: Contract or legal domain expertise, with strong legal interpretation and contract-review skills (especially regarding international and cross-jurisdictional contracts)
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English alongside the relevant target language
• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Prior data-annotation experience or familiarity with machine learning data evaluation and quality assurance tasks
