Job summary

RWS is seeking Legal Annotators to support training and evaluation of AI for contract management platforms in Dutch. This flexible remote role is freelance, part-time (25+ hours/week), starting immediately and ending end of October.

You will evaluate and annotate multilingual contracts, analyze clauses and terms, and participate in onboarding and quality reviews. Ideal candidates have contract or legal domain expertise, fluent English and Dutch, and some experience with AI/data annotation

Qualifications

• Experience with contract-law and cross-jurisdictional contracts.
• Ability to interpret and annotate legal clauses and terms.
• Familiarity with data annotation workflows in legal contexts.

• Collaborating on multi-use-case workflows within secure client environments

What We’re Looking For:

• Legal Expertise: Contract or legal domain expertise, with strong legal interpretation and contract-review skills (especially regarding international and cross-jurisdictional contracts)
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English alongside the relevant target language
• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Prior data-annotation experience or familiarity with machine learning data evaluation and quality assurance tasks
