A leading technology consultancy is seeking a commercially minded Legal Advisor based in Amstelveen. You will lead complex B2B contract negotiations with large clients, assist the sales team, and provide legal advice balancing risk with commercial strategy. The ideal candidate holds a law degree and has experience in a B2B environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with occasional travel between the Netherlands and Belgium.

We’re looking for a commercially minded Legal Advisor to join Computacenter. You will work directly with sales, lead high-value contract negotiations, and play a hands-on role in turning opportunities into results.

What You’ll do
You will be part of a collaborative, trusted legal team covering Belgium and the Netherlands, where you will:
• Lead complex B2B contract negotiations with large customers in collaboration with the sales team
• Assist the sales team in preparing commercial offers, ensuring that:
o Risks are fully addressed
o General terms & conditions and commercial rules are applied
• Partner with sales on contracts, offers, and RFP responses
• Draft standard contracts and support public procurement agreements
• Contribute to the development of new product and service offerings
• Identify opportunities by participating in client director meetings
• Provide legal advice that balances risk management with commercial strategy
What You’ll Need
• Law degree (master’s level or equivalent)
• Proven experience providing legal advisory services in a commercial B2B environment
• Strong B2B negotiation experience with large clients
• RFP expertise (highly valued)
• Experience with public procurement contracts is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Strong organisational skills and thoroughness
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance opportunity and risk
• Confident working in fast-moving, customer-facing situations
• Occasionally travel to Amstelveen (NL)/Brussels (BE) to foster on-site collaboration
• Fluent in Dutch and English required; French is a plus
