Job summary

flatexDEGIRO SE offers a Learning & Development Intern position to support the creation and delivery of impactful learning experiences. You’ll work with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to instructional design and digital content creation.

You are an active student enrolled at a Dutch university, with strong English communication, and a curious mindset for finance and technology. You’ll help shape training materials and learn in a fast-growing European company.

Qualifications

• Active student status and enrolled in a Dutch university.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Interest in content creation, instructional design, or digital media.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Discover and decode knowledge by engaging with subject-matter experts and making information accessible.
• Assist in creating engaging content such as e-learning modules, documentation, videos, and webinars using modern tools.
• Deliver and analyze impact by launching learning initiatives via the LMS and gathering feedback to improve content.
