Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive operational performance via lean methodologies. You will coach teams, manage CI projects, and maintain KaiNexus data, supporting a culture of productivity, efficiency, and safety across Operations.

Requirements include an engineering degree, CI training, and experience in FMCG environments with strong financial awareness and leadership skills. Travel up to 10% is expected. Salary range 59k–70k EUR per year.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • Formal training in Continuous Improvement tools is required.
  • Experience with CI using TPM framework in a factory setting is preferred.
  • Experience in consumer goods manufacturing (FMCG).
  • Strong financial and commercial awareness across business functions.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, communication, analytical and team work.

Responsibilities

  • Improve Operations performance by challenging status quo and lean implementation.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and coach teams in CI techniques.
  • Maintain and govern data in KaiNexus/CI project tool.
  • Report progress and support standard work implementation.
  • Increase transparency by measuring losses and creating loss trees.
