Job summary

ENTER seeks a Leader in Electronics to drive the electronics vision for future printer platforms. You will shape architectures across system, team and project levels and collaborate with Mechanical, Software and Physics domains to deliver high-end printing solutions.

You will lead cross-domain alignment, drive development, and push adoption of new technologies such as AI, digital twins and machine learning within multidisciplinary R&D and manufacturing contexts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electronics or Mechatronics is required.
• Strong system-level thinking and hands-on embedded electronics experience.
• Experience in embedded systems and electronics design is essential.
• Fluent English communication is required.

Responsibilities

As Leader in Electronics at Canon Production Printing, you define and realize a clear vision on the Electronics discipline and its contribution to future printer platforms. You operate across system, team, and project levels, shaping architectures, driving development, and ensuring delivery of high-performance electronics within multidisciplinary R&D teams. You actively collaborate with Mechanical, Software, and Physics domains to create innovative, high-end printing solutions and accelerate adoption of new technologies such as AI, machine learning, and digital twins.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Define and drive the Electronics vision and roadmap
• Lead realization of product and project objectives
• Make architecture and design decisions at system level
• Ster and balance performance, cost, energy, EMC, and safety
• Lead multidisciplinary alignment across domains
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and solutions

Who You’ll Work With
