Job summary

Joosten B.V. is looking for a Working Foreman to lead on the shop floor, distribute tasks, and monitor planning and quality. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and actively participate in preserving and spraying vessels, ensuring safety and timely execution.

You must have mbo-2 level education with relevant technical experience, a strong safety mindset, and excellent Dutch and working English communication to guide and motivate the crew.

Qualifications

• MBO-2 level with experience in classification or similar technical role.
• Safety is second nature and you lead by example.
• Team player with natural leadership skills.
• Able to switch quickly and maintain oversight during busy periods.
• Clear communication and motivate colleagues with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Distribute tasks, monitor planning and quality on the work floor.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and keep progress and bottlenecks informed.
• Actively supervise and participate in preserving and spraying vessels.
• Ensure work is safe, efficient, and on schedule; oversee tools and machinery.
• Motivate the team to deliver high quality results daily.
