Job summary
You’ll lead a cross-functional team, collaborating with product managers, hardware/software engineers, agronomists and customers to create a future-ready interface that supports AI-assisted and predictive controls for growers worldwide.
Qualifications
- Experience designing digital products end-to-end, with data-dense interfaces.
- Ability to lead user research, IA, interaction design and visual/UI design.
- Experience creating dashboards or control system interfaces is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full design process from research to handoff and iteration.
- Partner with product, hardware, software engineers, agronomists and customers.
- Present design rationale and iterate based on field feedback and data.
