Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical writing, developer enablement, or technical training.
• Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce DevOps concepts and data backup principles.
• Proven track record building certification or learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Flosum's product documentation.
• Build and launch the Flosum Certification Program.
• Analyze support cases to identify documentation gaps.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering.
• Establish documentation standards and review workflows.
