Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to guide and mentor educators, deliver our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for children. You will partner with families to ensure exceptional care and education, supporting center goals and community relationships.

Requirements include a CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2-3 years ECE experience, and a Bachelor's in ECE preferred; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is expected.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills; ability to multi-task effectively.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements; state trainer preferred.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
