Job summary

Eurofins Nijmegen is seeking an enthusiastic QC Analyst Group Coordinator to lead a new team while actively performing lab tasks. You will drive quality testing and ensure compliance with GxP, contributing to a cutting-edge product that benefits patients worldwide.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in chemistry or related sciences.
  • Experience with NMR, preferably with polymers.
  • Experience with HPLC and knowledge of GxP in a pharmaceutical environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a QC team and coordinate activities in Nijmegen.
  • Perform chemical tests and ensure quality according to GxP guidelines.
  • Maintain and calibrate HPLC and other laboratory instruments, ensuring lab cleanliness and organization.
  • Review lab results and report findings following standardized protocols.
  • Monitor KPIs and liaise with stakeholders to align on priorities.

Job Description

For our team in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, we are looking for an enthusiastic QC Analyst Group Coordinator to lead a new team, but who is also operationally involved in the lab themselves. This is a unique opportunity to join a team in a dynamic environment where your contributions to the QC team will have a direct impact on helping patients worldwide access a highly innovative new product.

Tasks And Responsibilities

In this position, you will be performing chemical tests and ensure the quality of the overall materials and product according to GxP guidelines. Your activities will include:

  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned.
  • Conducting review meetings with team members.
  • Keeping track of KPIs and other metrics to ensure the team is running smoothly
  • Perform maintenance and calibration of HPLC equipment and general laboratory instruments.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the laboratory.
  • Conduct analytical tests, for example: HPLC, pH measurements, Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Bio Burden tests, and Particle Distribution Analysis (PDA).
  • Responsible for conducting and interpreting NMR analyses.
  • Inspect and verify labels and incoming goods to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Document and report results according to standardized protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in chemistry or related sciences;
  • Experience with NMR, preferably with polymers
  • Experience with HPLC
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical environment and knowledge of GxP is preferred;
