One of the NL based scale-ups is hiring a talented lead platform engineer. The company is building an advanced AI IoT platform and has won tenders from global technology players. The technical founder seeks a lead platform engineer to own cloud and infrastructure responsibilities so the team can focus on strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage cloud and infrastructure responsibilities, including setting up, scaling, and maintaining distributed data infrastructure.
• Code as needed and continuously improve coding skills (Python and Java).
• Automation-focused with an agnostic view of technology; drive end-to-end platform reliability and performance.
• Maintain a holistic view of software, platform, and infrastructure to enable scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and Java; willingness to code and improve coding skills.
• Experience with embedding AI functionality within cloud and on-premises infrastructure is a plus.
• Strong focus on automation and an agnostic technology mindset.
