Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or physics is required.
• At least five years of relevant experience in EO optical instrument preparation and/or development.
• Experience in developing mission and instrument performance analysis models/tools for EO optical instruments.
• Ability to coordinate and liaise with scientists and users for mission requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end definition, engineering and pre-development of optical payloads for future EO missions.
• Define and manage industrial contracts for study and risk-retirement of EO payload systems.
• Develop performance models and tools to assess instrument concepts and mission readiness.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams and external partners for Phase 0/Phase A activities.
• Support mission evaluation, proposal reviews and technical dossiers.
