Job summary

Sims Lifecycle Services (SLS) is seeking a Lead Operator to head the Reverse Logistics department at our Son en Breugel site near Eindhoven. You will report to the Operations Supervisor and co-lead with other Lead Operators to ensure products are processed timely and correctly.

The role requires an MBO-3 level or equivalent, three years of leadership experience, logistics knowledge, and strong English communication. Dutch is a plus.

What are you going to do?

As a Lead Operator, you’ll lead the department called Reverse Logistics at our Son en Breugel location. You’ll report to the Operations Supervisor, and together with the other Lead Operators, you make sure that the products get processed in a timely and correct manner.

What You Bring

• MBO-3 working and thinking level or experience equivalent to this

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is a pre)
