Job summary

Everience Benelux is seeking a MarTech Data Engineering Lead to drive a modern Marketing Technology platform for a banking sector client. You will define data engineering and integration strategy, collaborating with stakeholders, analysts, scientists, and architects to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

You will lead engineering teams, manage data integration, and ensure governance, quality, and security across data platforms, with a focus on CDP activation and omnichannel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
• Experience with customer identity management, profile unification, and audience segmentation strategies.
• Strong understanding of customer data activation and omnichannel marketing ecosystems.
• Experience with flexible or open-schema CDP solutions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define the data engineering and integration strategy for a Marketing Tech platform.
• Lead engineering teams and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data analysts, data scientists, and architects.
