Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to support a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and coordinating the overall training approach, ensuring training quality, and leading the development of role-based learning materials across multiple business workstreams.

The Training Lead will act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, process teams, and an offshore content development team to deliver a scalable Train-the-Trainer (TtT) model.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess training needs across business functions and user groups
• Define and align the overall training strategy
• Establish a Train-the-Trainer (TtT) approach to enable business-led training delivery
• Support training governance and quality assurance activities

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business process owners and workstream leads
• Align training requirements with project objectives and deployment timelines
• Facilitate workshops and review sessions with SMEs and process consultants

Content Development Oversight

• Coordinate the creation of training materials for the following workstreams:
• Lead-to-Order (L2O)
• Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F)
• Source-to-Pay (S2P)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Review and approve training documentation and learning assets
• Ensure consistency, completeness, and quality across all materials

Team Coordination

• Manage and coordinate offshore training content developers
• Prioritize activities and monitor delivery progress
• Conduct quality reviews and provide feedback

Training Delivery Support

• Support preparation and execution of Train-the-Trainer seminars
• Coach key trainers and business champions
• Assist with training readiness activities

Required Experience

• 15+ years of experience in ERP training, learning, or change management
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations preferred
• Strong understanding of Train-the-Trainer methodologies
• Experience managing distributed or offshore teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or supply chain environments
• Experience creating training strategies for global rollouts
• Knowledge of organizational change management principles
