Kramp is seeking an experienced Lead Graphic Designer to guide a five-person Polish design team while delivering high-quality creative work across European markets. You will provide day-to-day creative direction, mentor designers, and coordinate with the Global Brand & Design Manager and Traffic Manager, while staying hands-on on key projects and exploring new design technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong professional graphic design experience with an excellent portfolio.
• Experience as Lead Designer, Senior Designer or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, imagery and brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day creative direction to the design team.
• Lead and develop a team of five Graphic Designers.
• Coordinate priorities with Traffic Manager and stakeholders.
