Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of production-grade ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS.
Act as hands-on expert and trusted advisor for customers running AI/ML workloads at scale.
Translate complex business problems into secure, reliable, cost-efficient, observable cloud architectures.
Evolve how DoiT uses AI/ML internally and with customers by turning solutions into reusable patterns.
Focus on install base health, product adoption, proactive engagements, and account-team work.
Improve cost efficiency, reliability, security, and reduce operational toil.
Plan and deliver structured engagements like Cloud Optimization Sessions and architecture deep dives.
Respond to Expert Inquiry/support requests requiring deep cloud engineering expertise.
Convert one-off customer solutions into reusable assets (playbooks, Terraform modules, etc.).
Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
