Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor with experience in manufacturing, particularly in the electronics or high-tech sector. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and schedules, maintain material and quality control, oversee assembly activities, coach team members, and identify efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum Technical High School degree; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of relative working experience in server or computer hardware industry preferred.
• Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards.
• Ability to lead technical team and coach others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Basic mechanical knowledge including liquid cooling.
• Familiarity with testing and inspection of computer/electronic components.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to comprehend spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Maintain material control and quality control.
• Responsible for other duties on assembly line.
• Oversee and coach employees / team leaders / technicians.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
