Job summary

HID Global is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to translate customer needs into robust electrical designs, deliver detailed schematics and BOMs, and ensure compliance with safety standards. You will collaborate with Mechanical, Software, and Development teams to drive projects from concept through validation and handover.

As a lead engineer, you will mentor teammates, coordinate with suppliers, and communicate with international colleagues to ensure successful execution and product quality.

Qualifications

• Deliver electrical designs meeting customer requirements and safety standards.
• Create and review electrical schematics and BOMs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and translate into electrical specifications.
• Develop electrical specifications into detailed designs within cross-functional teams.
• Design electrical systems and deliver schematics and BOMs.
• Test and validate designs for functionality and safety with established procedures.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
• Communicate with international HID colleagues in English.
