We seek a Senior Architect – Data & AI Platforms to set the architectural vision for a scalable Lakehouse ecosystem, integrating Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and Collibra, while building GenAI capabilities with strong safety and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in data, analytics, or AI architecture.
• 5+ years leading modern cloud data platforms at scale.
• Proven GenAI and LLMOps platform delivery.
• Strong governance, privacy and compliance knowledge (GDPR).
• CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Terraform/Bicep).

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture and evolution roadmap for Data & GenAI Platforms.
• Architect Lakehouse-based design interoperating with Databricks and Snowflake.
• Build the GenAI ecosystem with standardized RAG patterns and LLMOps.
• Establish paved-road templates for rapid AI environment deployment.
• Industrialize the modern data stack with dbt modeling and Airflow orchestration.
• Implement observability and FinOps monitoring for pipelines and models.
• Operationalize data governance through Collibra and GDPR compliance.
• Ensure interoperability with enterprise platforms and IT security.
• Lead Architecture Community and mentor teams.
• Define and track architecture success metrics.
