Job summary

Brookfield Aviation International in Amsterdam seeks experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians B1 or B2 to support line and hangar maintenance on a modern Airbus and Boeing fleet. You will work in a safety-critical, high-performance environment and lead junior technicians.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience, an EASA B1/B2 license with type ratings, and strong technical English. Excellent teamwork and decision-making under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a licensed or unlicensed aircraft mechanic.
• EASA AML B1/B2 license and at least one Airbus/Boeing type rating.
• Strong technical English, written and spoken.
• Proven leadership capability and mentoring others.
• Ability to make sound technical decisions under operational pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, modification, troubleshooting and maintenance on commercial aircraft.
• Make technical decisions related to the Certificate of Release to Service (CRS).
• Maintain and certify Airbus and Boeing aircraft using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Provide technical leadership to mechanics and junior technicians.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulatory and organisational procedures.
• Work across both line and hangar maintenance environments.
