Job summary

Beyond Gravity seeks a Product Assurance Engineer - Operations in Emmen to own end-to-end product quality across manufacturing, delivery, and launch preparation. You will ensure compliance with EN9100, ECSS, NASA and MIL, and act as the main quality interface with manufacturing and engineering teams.

The role requires a MSc in a related field, strong experience in quality and continuous improvement, and the ability to travel to other sites. English fluency is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (MSc) in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Significant experience in quality and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with aerospace standards EN9100, ECSS, NASA and MIL.
• Proven ability to apply preventive quality methodologies (5Why, Ishikawa).
• Excellent English communication; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product quality across manufacturing, delivery, and launch prep.
• Ensure compliance with customer, internal, and regulatory requirements (EN9100, ECSS, NASA, MIL).
• Act as primary quality interface for the product line with manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of product and process quality via prevention and lessons learned.
