Jobgether SRL on behalf of a partner company seeks a Belarusian language expert for a freelance AI trainer project based in the Netherlands. You will review AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and cultural relevance, and develop practical resources to improve alignment with Belarusian usage.

Applicants should have advanced Belarusian proficiency (C1/C2), experience in data annotation or linguistics, and the ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Help improve the quality, cultural accuracy, and naturalness of AI-generated content through specialized Belarusian language expertise. In this fully remote freelance project, you will review and validate AI outputs to ensure they meet high linguistic and cultural standards. You will identify subtle grammatical issues, unnatural phrasing, and cultural inaccuracies that may affect how naturally AI systems communicate. Beyond quality assurance, you will analyze recurring issues and turn your findings into structured feedback and educational resources. This opportunity is suited to language specialists who combine advanced Belarusian proficiency with experience in data annotation, evaluation, or linguistics and who can work independently in a detail-oriented environment.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has advanced Belarusian proficiency, a strong understanding of linguistic and cultural nuance, and experience reviewing or evaluating language data. You should be able to translate detailed feedback into clear, actionable guidance and consistently identify even subtle language-quality issues.

Benefits:

• Compensation ranging from USD 6 to USD 65 per hour, depending on experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final rates may vary from the advertised range.
