Job summary
BlueHeart Energy, a deep-tech company known for its sustainable thermoacoustics technology, is seeking an Automation Engineering intern to join the Testing Team. You will help automate laboratories and test benches, and assist in integrating sensors, actuators, valves, and control systems.
This role suits a hands-on engineering student who enjoys programming and practical lab work. You’ll contribute by developing automation solutions, scripting, and creating tools to improve efficiency,
Qualifications
- Currently studying Automation Engineering and pursuing a degree.
- Basic programming skills in Python, MATLAB, C/C++, or similar.
- Good English skills (spoken and written).
- Hands-on mindset with willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Identify manual testing activities that can be automated.
- Develop and implement automation solutions for test benches.
- Support integration of sensors, actuators, valves, and control systems.
- Create scripts, dashboards, or simple software tools for laboratory operations.
- Test, troubleshoot, and validate automation solutions.
- Document automation projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with the Testing, Controls, Engineering, and R&D teams.
