Job summary

ICON plc in Assen, NL is seeking a Lab Analyst I/II to join the ELISA and Flow Cytometry team. You will perform analyses on samples, document outcomes, and ensure data integrity in the LIMS. The role offers a path from a year contract to permanent employment within a regulated laboratory setting.

You should have an MBO-4 or HBO in a biomedical field, and be proficient in Dutch and English. Experience with ELISA, PCR, or Flow Cytometry is preferred, with a 32-40 hour workweek.

Het bioanalytisch laboratorium van ICON is gevestigd in Assen. Hier worden met behulp van verschillende technieken (o.a. LC-MS/MS, radioactieve isotopen analyse, PCR, ELISA en Flow Cytometrie) analyses uitgevoerd van (nieuwe) geneesmiddelen en biomarkers in monsters van biologische matrices afkomstig van (pre-)klinische studies vanuit de hele wereld. We werken met de nieuwste apparatuur.

We hebben een ongelooflijke kans voor een Lab Analist I/II om de ELISA/Flow Cytometrie afdeling in Assen, Nederland, te komen versterken.

Wat ga je doen?

• Als lab analist ben jij samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig analyseren van monsters.
• Zelfstandig analyses uitvoeren met verschillende technieken volgens onze Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Interpreteren en verwerken van resultaten in het Lab Informatie Management Systeem (LIMS).
• Voert data review uit voor kwaliteitscontrole.
• Je wordt getraind binnen de afdeling ELISA en/of Flow Cytometrie.
• Je start met een jaarcontract met zicht op een vast dienstverband.

Wat breng je mee?

• Voltooide MBO-4 of HBO opleiding in een biomedische richting (bijv. Biologie en Medisch Laboratoriumonderzoek, Forensisch Onderzoek, Biomedische wetenschappen etc.)
• Je hebt een probleem oplossend vermogen en hebt nauwkeurige en flexibele instelling.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift.
• Werkervaring binnen een gereguleerde laboratorium omgeving (GxP) is een pre.
• Je hebt ervaring met ELISA, PCR en/of Flow Cytometrie.
• Je bent minimaal 32-40 uur per week inzetbaar.
