Job summary

Zanders is expanding its treasury technology practice in the Netherlands. We are seeking a Kyriba Implementation Manager to lead client implementations end-to-end, from scoping to go-live, across a global team.

You will direct project teams, collaborate with clients, support business development, and receive tailored training to grow within a hybrid work environment in Utrecht.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Kyriba implementations leadership.
• Strong treasury, risk, and cash management knowledge.
• Consulting experience and team leadership.
• Proven problem-solving in client projects.
• Degree in a relevant field; Kyriba certification.
• Business-fluent English.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and offices (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Kyriba implementation projects from scoping to go-live.
• Manage treasury advisory projects ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Translate requirements into treasury solutions aligning with objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Report status, timelines, risks, and address issues promptly.
• Advise clients on treasury technology and vendor selection.
• Coach consultants and senior consultants on projects.
• Identify new business and project opportunities with clients.
• Support commercial activities including proposals and events.
• Share Kyriba and treasury expertise through articles, webinars or talks.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and inclusive culture.

Your Role

Zanders specializes in treasury management. With a growing number of Kyriba projects, we are looking for a Kyriba Implementation Manager to lead implementations and take ownership of client implementations from day one to help shape our treasury technology capabilities across our global team.

You will join a team of experienced Consultants who share knowledge and hold each other to the highest standards. You will lead project teams, work directly with clients, support business development, and receive personalized training to keep growing.

Your background will be in a corporate or consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Kyriba implementation projects: scoping, planning, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
• Manage treasury advisory projects from start to finish, delivering to clients on time, at high quality and in line with the agreed engagement terms.
• Translate clients' treasury management requirements into solutions, advising on best practices and making sure the design fits their objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of technical, functional and client resources to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Report on project status, timelines and risks to stakeholders, and address issues before they escape.
• Advise clients on treasury technology, including redefining current practices, selecting vendors and implementing solutions.
• Coach and direct Consultants and Senior Consultants on your projects, supporting their development and keeping workloads healthy.
• Identify new business and project opportunities with existing and new clients, locally and internationally.
• Contribute to commercial activities such as presentations, RFPs, events and networking.
• Share your Kyriba and treasury technology expertise through articles, webinars or speaking at events.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and an inclusive team culture, and help improve how we deliver projects.

Essential

Skills to be successful

• Proven experience (5+ years) leading or delivering Kyriba Treasury implementations, including configuration and integration with tools such as SWIFT, trading portals and market data providers.
• Solid knowledge of treasury and risk management, cash management, in-house banking, payment factories and bank connectivity.
• Experience in a consulting envionment and managing projects or leading project teams, with the ability to delegate and coach.
• A track record of solving complex client problems with practical solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Kyriba Certifications
• Business-fluent English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel to client sites and Zanders offices as needed. Hybrid working applies, with time at home, in the office and at clients.

Also valuable

• Experience with vendor selection or treasury technology strategy.
• Experience contributing to proposals, RFPs or client presentations.
• Experience with other Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Python/scripting, or using AI tools in delivery.
• Additional European languages.
