Kyndryl invites you to join the Graduate Program as an IT Consultant Trainee in the Netherlands. The two-year immersive program focuses on building essential business and consulting skills, with hands-on projects across Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, and more.

You will be assigned a Mentor and a Buddy to support your career growth, with opportunities to pursue Delivery or Go-to-Market roles after completion, in a hybrid-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Economics, CS, DS, or related field.
• Basic understanding of core cloud services from providers (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with IT management consulting methods.
• Strong teamwork and English/Dutch language skills.

Your journey as an IT Consultant Trainee will start with an immersive 2‑year learning program, focusing on building essential business and consulting skills. You will work on exciting projects with our flagship clients and gain hands‑on experience across various industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Technology, Media & Telecom, and Healthcare & Life Sciences.

Support and Guidance

You will be assigned a Mentor and a Buddy to guide you through your career development. They will help you align your ambitions with the projects you work on, ensuring you get the most out of your traineeship.

After the program, you can work in either a Delivery or Go‑to‑Market role based on your skills and potential. You will grow into a trusted advisor, delivering complex consulting engagements that provide lasting value to our customers.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s, in Business Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of core services offered by cloud providers (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with IT management consulting methods.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch.

Preferred Experience

• Previous consulting experience is a plus.
• Experience in project management and IT service management frameworks.
• Certification in key technologies.
• Applied experience in Agile methodologies.
