Job summary

BlueMonks BV, based in the Netherlands, seeks a Mid-level KYC/CDD Analyst to join our in-house team or work with clients. You will independently conduct client due diligence for private and business clients, analyzing complex ownership structures and assessing sources of funds.

The role emphasizes professional judgement, clear written risk analyses, and adherence to Wwft and internal guidelines. You will contribute to process improvements, share knowledge, and support decisions on client

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in KYC/CDD or AML.
• Experience with complex structures (Dutch BVs, holdings, foundations, international entities).
• Knowledge of the Wwft and relevant laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical ability and sharp writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct client due diligence for private and business clients.
• Analyse complex ownership structures and map relationships.
• Assess origin of funds and form substantiated judgements.
• Prepare clear, legally substantiated risk analyses.
• Identify integrity risks and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to KYC process improvements and sharing knowledge.
• Act as sparring partner for compliance stakeholders.
