Job summary

Gemeente Berg en Dal’s quality & support team in the Social Domain seeks a Quality Officer for WMO/Jeugd. You will be one of four quality staff contributing to the quality assurance of services under the Jeugdwet and the Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning, and support the organization in ensuring lawful and high-quality decision-making.

Your duties include reviewing dossiers, drafting work processes, and answering substantive and legal questions from consu ltants, policy staff and team leaders,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Youth Act (Jeugdwet) and the Social Support Act (WMO)
• Analytical skills for dossier review and legal questions
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with consultants and policy staff

Responsibilities

• Audit and assess case files related to WMO/Youth care
• Draft and refine work processes within the team
• Answer substantive and legal questions from consultants, policy staff and team leaders
• Handle legal issues related to Jeugdwet and WMO with emphasis on youth
