Job summary

Everience Benelux is seeking an experienced KUKA Robot Operator to support automated manufacturing processes in a high-tech production environment. You will operate KUKA robotic cells, manage settings, and assist with drilling, riveting and assembly to ensure safety and high-quality output.

You will collaborate with production teams, read technical instructions, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Experience operating KUKA robotic systems in automated manufacturing.
• Experience in automated drilling or riveting cells is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot robotic or production equipment issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate KUKA robotic manufacturing systems.
• Manage robot settings, positioning and tooling adjustments.
• Support automated drilling, riveting and assembly processes.
• Perform tooling changes and equipment setup activities.
• Monitor robot performance and production process quality.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of robotic systems and production equipment.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Follow all machinery safety and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient workflow and output.
