Job summary

Jobster zoekt een keukenoperator die helpt bij het voorbereiden van onze snacks. Je stelt machines in en bedient ze, volgt recepturen nauwkeurig en bewaakt de productie voor constante kwaliteit.

Met een tweeploegendienst van 05:00-14:00 en 14:00-23:00 zijn shifttoeslagen mogelijk. Er zijn volop opleidingskansen en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf.

Qualifications

• Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau.
• Motivation to learn and grow.
• Ervaring als operator is een voordeel maar niet vereist.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels.
• Flexibel en gewend aan ploegendienst.

Responsibilities

• Machines opzetten en bedienen volgens recept.
• Productieproces soepel laten verlopen en efficiënt houden.
• Kwaliteit bewaken en controleren op hoge standaarden.
• Samen met collega’s zorgen voor goede samenwerking en veiligheid.

Over het werk

Do you have a technical mindset and a passion for food? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you! As a Kitchen Operator, you'll play an important role in preparing our delicious snacks. You'll set up and operate the machines, follow recipes accurately, and make sure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. Together with your colleagues, you'll keep a close eye on quality and ensure every product meets our high standards.

You'll work in a two-shift schedule, alternating between 05:00-14:00 and 14:00-23:00. You'll also receive attractive shift allowances for working before 06:00 and after 18:00.

You'll start with a gross monthly salary of €3,246.21 and have the opportunity to grow to €3,627.92 gross per month, based on 37.5 hours per week and including shift allowances. You'll also have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and grow within the company through training and education.
