CloudBilling is seeking a Junior/Medior Technology Consultant to optimize client FinOps processes by implementing products and guiding data structuring and workflow improvements around billing. You will implement our software at customer sites and train users, while exploring innovative solutions with teammates.

Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Master's degree, preferably in business administration, business informatics or data science.
- Up to 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and initiative.
- Strong affinity with IT and technology.
- Sharp analytical skills.
- Experience with financial or billing systems is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of programming in C#, HTML and CSS is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize customers' billing processes using CloudBilling solutions.
- Lead software implementation projects at top clients.
- Develop innovative solutions to better serve customers.
- Solve complex issues in customer processes and product configuration.
- Train customers on our solutions and support project teams.
