MedIT Solutions in the Netherlands is seeking a junior software engineer for a training-focused program. You will work on building features and sub-projects with hands-on coaching from senior engineers, across healthcare, logistics, and software domains.

The role blends development with leadership, includes collaboration with clients on-site, and emphasizes learning, responsible ownership, and growth, supported by courses and a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
Interest in digitalization and automation of healthcare, logistics, and financial processes.
Diversity of programming, configuring, and customer interaction.
Self-starter with a hands-on mentality.
Robust analytical skills and drive to execute projects.
Excellent communication in Dutch and English; knowledge of Papiamentu is a plus.

Responsibilities

Involves developing applications and interfaces using multiple frameworks and databases.
End-to-end project involvement across Healthcare, Logistics, and Software Development.
Collaborates with colleagues, customers, and experts, including on-site engagements at client sites.
Under senior guidance, take ownership of functionalities and sub-projects.
