Job summary

TMC in Utrecht is seeking a Junior Risk Manager to join our risk management team on infrastructure and spatial projects. You will support identification, analysis, and control of risks and opportunities and learn how they affect time, cost, scope and planning.

Under guidance, you will assist in organizing risk sessions, maintain risk files, and apply risk management and system engineering methods. You will grow a proactive attitude and contribute to embedding risk awareness in project teams.

As a Junior Risk Manager at TMC, you will be introduced to the field of risk management within complex infrastructural and spatial projects. You will support the identification, analysis, and control of risks and opportunities. Additionally, you will learn how these are translated into their impact on time, money, scope, and planning.

Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will assist in organizing and facilitating risk sessions, maintaining risk files, and applying risk management and system engineering applications. You will develop a proactive attitude by identifying risks and opportunities and addressing them within project and management teams.

You will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of planning methodologies and tools and learn how risks relate to planning and project management. Furthermore, you will contribute to increasing risk awareness within teams, ensuring that risk management gradually becomes a natural part of the project process.
