Job summary

TMC zoekt een Junior Risk Manager die betrokken raakt bij risicomanagement binnen complexe infrastructuur- en ruimtelijke projecten. Je identificeert en analyseert risico’s en kansen en ondersteunt bij de beheersing van tijd, geld, scope en planning onder begeleiding van ervaren collega’s.

Je leert hoe risico’s samenhangen met planningen en systems engineering en draagt bij aan een proactieve risicocultuur binnen projectteams en organisaties.

Qualifications

• Je beheerst Engels (vloeiend) en hebt affiniteit met risk en planning.
• HBO-opleiding afgerond of equivalente opleiding.
• Kennis van risk en planning tools is een pré en leerbereidheid is vereist.

Responsibilities

• Start van je carrière of beperkte ervaring in infrastructuur, projectmanagement of risk management en wilt je ontwikkelen.
• Onder supervisie risico-managementprocessen faciliteren en documenteren.
• Risico’s analyseren en vertalen naar tijd-, geld- en planningsimpact.
• Samenwerken met verschillende disciplines om risico-bewustzijn te verhogen.

About this vacancy

As a Junior Risk Manager at TMC, you will be introduced to the field of risk management within complex infrastructural and spatial projects. You will support the identification, analysis, and control of risks and opportunities. Additionally, you will learn how these are translated into their impact on time, money, scope, and planning. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will assist in organizing and facilitating risk sessions, maintaining risk files, and applying risk management and system engineering applications. You will develop a proactive attitude by identifying risks and opportunities and addressing them within project and management teams. You will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of planning methodologies and tools and learn how risks relate to planning and project management. Furthermore, you will contribute to increasing risk awareness within teams, ensuring that risk management gradually becomes a natural part of the project process.

What we expect from you

You are at the start of your career or have some experience in infrastructure, project management, or risk management and are eager to further develop in these areas.

You recognize yourself in the following:

• You have a learning, proactive attitude and are willing to identify risks and opportunities.
• You are eager to facilitate and document risk management processes under supervision.
• You have some affinity for analyzing risks and opportunities and translating them into impacts on time, money, and planning.
• You have knowledge of Risk & Planning tools or are motivated to learn about them.
• You have an affinity for systems engineering.
• You enjoy collaborating with various disciplines and want to contribute to raising risk awareness within project teams and organizations.
