Job summary

ROEKOO – Reviews & More is looking for a junior project manager to lead campaign execution for top brands from a hybrid setup in Amsterdam. You will coordinate interns, optimize processes, and collaborate with marketing operations and the operations manager to achieve client success.

From day one you take ownership of planning, client communication, and delivering high-quality campaign results. You’ll develop in project management, online marketing, and team leadership in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• You are a starter with 1–3 years of work experience.
• You have a WO degree and can switch between operational detail and management perspectives.
• You are organized and structured, able to work precisely.
• You enjoy managing a team and giving feedback to help colleagues grow.
• You are proactive, solution-minded and analytical, thinking steps ahead.
• You can draft an adapted project plan from scratch with out-of-the-box ideas.
• You take ownership and have a hands-on, let’s-get-it-done mentality.
• You are eager, enthusiastic, hands-on and a doer.
• You are self-starting and largely work remotely in our digital environment.
• You are client-oriented, presentable and communicative in speech and writing.
• You speak Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare projects, onboarding, planning, approach, and team formation.
• Design campaign approach and working methods with the client, aligning with their needs.
• Motivate and direct campaign team members.
• Translate information between campaign staff, operations manager, and clients.
• Monitor progress and quality of review campaigns.
• Prepare, attend, and lead client meetings; maintain client contact to ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze results and translate into concise client reports in PowerPoint.
• Contribute to operational optimizations, such as setting up A/B tests.
• Proactively contribute to tactical and strategic ad-hoc projects.
