Job summary

Robin Radar in the Netherlands is seeking a Production Engineer to diagnose and resolve technical challenges on the factory floor. You will work side‑by‑side with Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Quality to keep assembly processes running smoothly and reliably.

Reporting to the Team Lead Production Engineering, your hands‑on work will directly impact product reliability and output speed, with opportunities to contribute to 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA or BSc in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing or assembly.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, mechatronics, PCBs and electrical diagrams.
• Familiarity with measuring equipment like oscilloscopes and VNAs.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Process documentation and standardization with guidance to keep production efficient.
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical and software issues.
• Quality assurance and feedback, documenting findings and corrective actions.
• NPI and process setup for new product introductions.
• Efficiency monitoring and tool maintenance to keep line readiness.
• Participate in 5S, standard work, Kaizen and safety initiatives.
