Job summary

Novartis AG in Baarle Nassau, NL, seeks a Junior Product Steward to own process knowledge across product lifecycles, leading ongoing verification, data analysis, and continuous improvement while ensuring GMP compliance.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, validation, and regulatory teams to maintain validated, robust processes and support lifecycle activities, with relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; Dutch is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in Manufacturing Science & Technology, QA/QC, or related GMP environment.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with data handling and applied statistics; Excel proficiency essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Ongoing Process Verification activities across the product lifecycle.
• Establish monitoring plans and evaluate process performance regularly.
• Ensure products remain in a validated state during manufacturing and lifecycle activities.
• Analyze process data, critical parameters, and trends to support monitoring and optimization.
• Author, review, and approve test protocols, reports, and documentation.
• Drive investigations of deviations and implement CAPAs.
