Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Junior Product Owner for Application Hosting to translate business and technical requirements into backlog items, support platform improvements, and shape the platform's future. You’ll collaborate with platform engineers, architects, operations teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to keep services reliable while enabling future transformation initiatives.

The squad focuses on establishing a solid foundation through governance, documentation, lifecycle

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Scrum, S/S, Agile and Agile ways of working.
• Basic understanding of application hosting.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD concepts and Product Ownership.
• Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• PSPO I or similar certification.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving.

Responsibilities

• Help manage and prioritize the team backlog.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and users.
• Write user stories and support the engineering team.
• Track progress of work and support Agile ceremonies and sprints.
• Communicate updates, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvements to the Application Hosting platform.
• Help identify, analyze, and resolve issues affecting the service.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, operations teams, and business representatives.
• Support roadmap planning and product lifecycle activities.
• Monitor customer feedback and help translate insights into improvements.
